How it works
How ePostbox puts you in control.
It works like this...
1.
When you register we set up a free address to receive your post.
2.
Simply give that new postal address to your contacts or arrange for a redirection of your mail.
3.
Your mail will then arrive at our secure ePostbox centre.
4.
We'll scan each envelope, front and back then send you an
encrypted email of the image.
5.
View the scan from your smart phone or PC, via your email notification or by logging directly into your account.
6.
Whilst our team prepares your post and holds it securely, tell us what to do next:
We can open the envelope and scan the contents for you to see on screen or download as a pdf file
or...
We can securely destroy the letter
or...
We can send the unopened envelope to you to your location of choice anywhere in the world
or...
We can archive the contents electronically for as long as
necessary
